This collection of new work is inspired by the changing sea conditions and founded upon my enduring love of the ocean and its inhabitants.
Collectors of my work will notice a growth in scale and expression, accompanying an expansion into the medium of acrylics. My newer paintings express more using colour and pattern, texture and light, than detail.
Moving forward, having won several national awards in the UK during the past five years, this collection celebrates Jamaica’s beauty in seascapes, landscapers and Caribbean Faces, which have ever been sources of my painting inspiration. It is also an expression of my gratitude for being immersed in such inspiring surroundings every day.
